Founder Message

As the founder of this organization, with due humility and determination, I am honored to share with you the mission of our organization: Work for Better Society. We at Work for Better Society believe that the best way to create positive change is to do something. At Work for Better Society, we are bound to strive toward seeking solutions for the most complex challenges faced by poor communities burdened by inequity in education and health crises.

We are committed to the advancement of United Nations SDGs, cognizant that attaining these goals is essential for advancing a more equitable and sustainable world. With improvement of Bangladesh in mind, we envision that each and every citizen will be assured quality education, health, and livelihood opportunities that open up avenues for continued growth and development of the nation.

Our vision is hinged on the core values of collaboration, empathy, and empowerment. We bring together committed people, local leaders, and organizations to devise sustainable solutions that empower people at risk. In the words of Nelson Mandela, “What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”

Work for a Better Society puts the voices of the communities we serve at the forefront. “True change comes from understanding and valuing the unique needs and strengths of each community.” Our targeted programs in education, health, and community development ensure that everyone has a place around the table.
